- I believe that the Kinney fammily was living in Littleton, Arapahoe Co., CO, n 1920-1930. Anna Lettter was still alive, I think in the late 1910's. However, in her mother's obit, she's listed as living in St. Louis, so this may not be her. In 1920, US Census for CO, Arapahoe Co., Littletown Town, SD2, ED 16, p. 5B, ward 7, lines 94-96 Kinney, Charles K. Owns home, Head, white, male, 29, married, b. CO. Father b. NY, Mother b. NJ. Employed as machinist at Engineerng Co. Gertrude E. wife, white, female, 29, married. B. IL. Both parents b. Germany (don't think this is correct). Almond, John, boarder, white, male, 30, b. Canada, emigrated 1892, naturalized. Both parents b. Canada. Have copy of probate settlement of his estate on file. Only heirs were his wife, Gertrude E. Kinney, and a daughter, Ruth M. Hoppel. At the time of Charles' death, the family , including Ruth, resided at 246 Dowling Ave, Littleton, CO>
